TESTS, EXAMINATIONS, REPORTS & PROMOTION:
|
|
|
Unit tests are held throughout the year to assess the student’s progress. Evaluated answer script are sent home for counter-signature by parents.
In the event of a child’s absence from any Test/Examination, no provision will be made for a supplementary test.
Two examinations are held annually : Half yearly and Terminal. 50% of the marks obtained in the weekly tests before the Half-Yearly examination will be added to 50% of the marks obtained in the Half-Yearly examination. The same process is repeated for the Terminal Examination.
Pupils absent on the day of distribution of reports will not be entitled to receive their report cards.
The Progress Report must be kept clean and undamaged. If it is lost or defaced, a duplicate will be issued for which Rs.50/- must be paid.
Students of class X will be eligible to appear for Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination). If they have 70% attendance, qualify in the Selection Test and bear good conduct.

LIBRARY:
|
|
| A well-stocked library is maintained by the Academy. All students are issued Library Card at the beginning of the session, for borrowing books. Students must ensure that library books, borrowed by them, are well cared for and not returned in a damaged or mutilated state. Students are also requested to cover the books they borrow, and return them on the due date, to avoid a fine. |

AWARDS & PRIZES:

| A scheme of awards and prizes has been introduced in order to provide incentive and encouragement for both academic and co-curricular activities, and to imbibe a greater sense of achievement within the students. |
|
| These awards & prizes will be given in the following categories: |

| a) |
Academic: For students achieving 1st Position in the Terminal Examination. |
|
|
| b) |
Indoor Games: Certificate to winners and runners of carom, chess and scrabbles.
|
|
|
| c) |
General Proficiency: Prize awards to only student in the entire Academy. The certificate for selection include: Academic Performance, General Behavior, literacy and sports activities, In the event of more than one candidates being chosen, a general consensus will decide the ultimate recipient. |

| d) |
Debate: Certificate to the winners and runners.
|
|
|
| e) |
Elocution: Certificate to the winners and runners.
|
|
|
| f) |
Art & Craft: Certificate to the winners and runners of different group.
|
|

Essay Writing: Certificate to the winners and runners of different group.
